Neutral league match
Pro Shottas U15 welcomed Kickstart Elite to Wildey Astroturf on 6 December 2025 for a league neutral match kicking off at 10:15am. The 70-minute encounter ended in a commanding 4-0 victory for Pro Shottas, who asserted their dominance from the outset.
Deploying a 4-2-3-1 formation, Pro Shottas lined up with Josef Grandiso in goal, protected by a back four consisting of Shakobi Jordan at right back, Zayne Galt and Keiji Miller as central defenders, and Christopher Palmer on the left. The midfield double pivot featured Raiden Lee and Tye Gittens tasked with both defensive cover and linking play. Ahead of them, the attacking trio comprised C’jae Nichols on the right, Kaleb Catwell centrally as the attacking midfielder, and Xavier Holder on the left, supporting lone striker Kevio Bellamy. The substitutes bench included Elijah Jacob, Rajae Holder, Jaaziel Codogan, Jaiye Foster, and Zefan Scott.
From the first whistle, Pro Shottas set the tone with an early goal inside the opening minute. Kevio Bellamy capitalised on a swift attacking move to find the net, giving his side an immediate advantage. Just four minutes later, Bellamy turned provider, assisting Kaleb Catwell to double the lead and send a clear message to Kickstart Elite.
Pro Shottas continued to press and create chances, and their efforts were rewarded again in the 17th minute when Bellamy scored his second of the morning, this time set up by a precise pass from left attacking midfielder Xavier Holder. This third goal before the half-hour mark effectively sealed the contest as a one-sided affair.
The first half concluded at the 35-minute mark with Pro Shottas firmly in control, leading 3-0 and showing a well-organised structure both defensively and offensively. The 4-2-3-1 formation allowed them to dominate possession and maintain pressure on Kickstart Elite’s defence.
The second half saw some changes as Pro Shottas made a series of substitutions beginning in the 55th minute when Elijah Jacob replaced right back Shakobi Jordan due to injury. Shortly after, tactical adjustments followed with Rajae Holder coming on for Xavier Holder at left attacking midfield in the 60th minute.
Further tactical substitutions came thick and fast around the 65th and 66th minutes. Jaaziel Codogan replaced central midfielder Tye Gittens, Jaiye Foster took over from Raiden Lee in central midfield, and Zefan Scott came on for right attacking midfielder C’jae Nichols. These changes maintained the team’s intensity and ensured fresh legs to see out the match.
Despite the flurry of substitutions, Pro Shottas added a fourth goal to their tally, rounding off a comprehensive victory without reply. The defensive unit, marshalled by Galt and Miller, remained resolute throughout, while Grandiso in goal was rarely troubled.
Pro Shottas U15’s clinical finishing and tactical discipline were the defining features of this encounter. Their early goals set the tone, and their ability to adapt with multiple substitutions ensured they kept control until the final whistle. Kickstart Elite were unable to respond, leaving Wildey Astroturf with a heavy defeat to ponder.
