Do I need to provide payment details to start the trial?
No - we only ever ask for your payment details if you decide to upgrade to a paid plan at the end of your trial.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
You can either upgrade to the plan of your choice or continue on our free plan for as long as you want.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can use any debit or credit card - All card payments are handled by Stripe, one of the largest and most secure payment processors in the world. Bank transfers are available for UK users wanting to upgrade to any annual plan.
What's your refund policy?
We deal with refunds on a case-by-case basis and we're very fair - just get in touch and we'll try our best to help.
How long does it take to upgrade?
Upgrades are instant - as soon as you make payment you'll have full access to the plan you've chosen.
Will I have to remember to renew every month or year?
No - payments are taken automatically for your chosen subscription period to ensure you always have full access to the plan you've chosen.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan as needed?
Of course! If your needs change then just contact us and we can quickly switch you to a different plan.
Is there a minimum-term contract for the paid plans?
