Controlled and aggressive possession styled football sees Finbarrs progress into the last 16 of the League Cup in what was a good day for the Orange Army!
However, it wasn’t all plain sailing for the hosts as they surprisingly had to come back from being one down early on in the first half.
A quick fire goal from Bobby saw the game and match back in contention and back in favour of the hosts.
Quick and aggressive play saw Finbarrs grab another, 5 minutes before the break through the teams top goal-scorer Blaze.
The game was very much there for the hammering, with lots of missed and strayed chances.
How the game was still there for the away team is beyond thinking about.
Furthermore , little bits of pressure from the away side looked to add a bit of spice to the game but well and composed defending from inviting pressure shown through for the hosts.
Two winners inside the last two minutes proved to be the decisive killer punch.
Finbarrs aggressive and controlled play paved the way for a 4-2 win.
