The Wearside Combination Saturday Afternoon League is an amateur football league based in Sunderland, England. It was founded in 1893 and currently consists of one division with 10 teams. The league is affiliated to the Durham County Football Association and is a feeder to the Northern League Division Two.

The Wearside Combination Saturday Afternoon League was founded in 1893 by a group of local businessmen and footballers. The first season of the league consisted of just six teams, but it quickly grew in popularity and by the 1920s it had expanded to 12 teams. The league was suspended during the First World War, but it resumed after the war and continued to grow. In the 1970s, the league expanded to two divisions, but it was reduced back to one division in the 1990s.
