Wallasey & District Sunday League

The Wallasey & District Sunday League is an amateur football league based in Wallasey, Merseyside, England. It was founded in 1903 and currently has 20 teams competing in two divisions.

The Wallasey & District Sunday League was founded in 1903 by a group of local footballers who wanted to play competitive football on Sundays. The league started with just four teams, but it has grown steadily over the years and now has 20 teams competing in two divisions.

The league has had a number of successful teams over the years, including AFC Shore Villa, who have won the league championship a record 12 times. Other successful teams in the league include Farmers Arms FC, Finnigan FC, Oldershaw FC, One O'Clock Gun FC, PLCC FC, Trident FC, Vineyard FC, Wallasey Wanderers FC, and West Kirby Athletic FC.
