SWWGL

The South Wales Women's & Girls' League (SWWGL) is an amateur football league for women and girls in South Wales. It was founded in 1992 and currently has over 100 teams competing in 10 divisions.

The SWWGL is affiliated to the Football Association of Wales (FAW) and its competitions are sanctioned by the FAW. The league's top division, the Premier Division, is at Tier 4 of the Welsh football pyramid.

The SWWGL was founded in 1992 by a group of women who wanted to create a more structured and competitive environment for women's football in South Wales. The league started with just 10 teams and has grown steadily ever since.
