The STOK (Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Amateur Football League) is an amateur football league in Staffordshire, England. It was founded in 1902 and currently consists of over 200 clubs. The league is divided into a number of divisions, with promotion and relegation between divisions based on league performance.
The STOK is a popular league and attracts players of all ages and abilities. The league also has a number of cup competitions, including the STOK Challenge Cup and the STOK Presidents Cup.
The STOK was founded in 1902 by a group of football enthusiasts in Staffordshire. The league originally consisted of just a few clubs, but it has grown steadily over the years. In 1972, the STOK became affiliated with the Staffordshire County FA.
