The Southend Borough Combination Football League is an amateur football league in Essex, England. It was founded in 1920 and currently has 45 clubs competing in four divisions.

The league's headquarters are located at the Southend Borough Council Sports Centre in Shoeburyness. The current chairman of the league is Michael Smith.

The current season is the 2022-23 season. The Premier Division champions are Leigh Ramblers A, while the Division One champions are Ashingdon.
