The Senior Reserves is an amateur football league in England. It is affiliated to the Essex County Football Association and consists of 16 teams. The league was founded in 1986 and is currently sponsored by PEBS.

The league season runs from September to May, with each team playing each other twice. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Essex Olympian League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Essex & Suffolk Border Football League.

The Senior Reserves is a competitive league with a good standard of football. The teams are made up of players of all ages and abilities, and the league is a great way to get involved in amateur football.
