The Russell Foster Division 5 Under 13 Football League is a youth football league in England. It is part of the Russell Foster League, which is a network of youth football leagues in the South East of England.

The Russell Foster Division 5 Under 13 Football League is open to teams of boys and girls born in 2009 and 2010. The league is divided into two divisions, with each division consisting of 10 teams. The teams play each other home and away, with the top two teams in each division at the end of the season promoted to the Russell Foster Division 4 Under 13 Football League.
