The Rotherham Sunday League is an amateur football league based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, England. It was founded in 1924 and currently has over 100 teams competing in a variety of divisions.

The Rotherham Sunday League was founded in 1924 by a group of local footballers who wanted to play the game on Sundays, when most other leagues were not in session. The league initially had just four teams, but it has grown steadily over the years and now has over 100 teams competing in a variety of divisions.

The league has been home to some of the best amateur footballers in the region, including former Sheffield Wednesday and England international David Hirst. The league also has a strong tradition of youth development, and many former players have gone on to play professional football.
