The Romford & District Football League is an amateur football league based in Romford, London, England. It was founded in 1922 and currently has over 50 teams competing in various divisions. The league is affiliated to the Football Association and its teams compete in a variety of cup competitions, including the Essex Senior Cup and the FA Vase.

The league has been home to a number of successful teams over the years, including Romford Town, who won the Essex Senior League in 1969-70. The league has also produced a number of professional footballers, including Paul Gascoigne, who played for Romford Town as a youngster.
