The Rochester & District League,division 5 is an amateur football league in Kent, England. It is affiliated to the Kent County Football Association and is in the ninth tier of the English football league system.

The league was formed in 1921 and currently consists of 14 teams. The teams play each other twice, home and away, during the season. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to Division 4, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division 6.

The 2022-23 season was won by Bligh Sports FC, who finished the season with 60 points, 10 points clear of second-placed Medway Prime FC. The bottom two teams, Eccles FC and Little Sharsted FC, were relegated to Division 6.
