Rochester & District Football League

The Rochester & District Football League (RDSL) is an amateur football league for the Rochester area in New York State. The league was founded in 1913 and is one of the oldest continuous soccer leagues in the United States.

The RDSL currently has over 90 teams competing in a variety of divisions, including men's, women's, and over-30 leagues. The league also offers a variety of cup competitions, including the RDSL Premier Cup and the RDSL Women's Cup.

The RDSL is a highly competitive league with a strong tradition of producing talented players. In recent years, several RDSL players have gone on to play professionally, including former US National Team member Tony Meola.
