The Manchester & District Sunday Football League (MSYSL) is an amateur football league in the Greater Manchester area of England. It was founded in 1964 and currently consists of 20 teams. The league is divided into two divisions, the Premier Division and Division One.

The winners of the Premier Division are promoted to the North West Counties Football League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division One.
