The Midland Combination Football League is an English association football league for semi-professional teams. It covers Leicestershire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Worcestershire and also southern parts of Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

The league has four divisions: Premier Division, Division One, Division Two and Division Three. The Premier Division is currently in Step 6 of the National League System, while the other three divisions are in Step 7.

The league was founded in 1927 as the Worcestershire Combination. It was renamed the Midland Combination in 1978.
