Middlesex FA Walking Football League

The league is divided into regional sections, including Central, North and West competition. Current clubs include teams linked to Barnet, Bounds Green, Staines, Tottenham, Uxbridge and Wealdstone, showing the spread of the competition rather than a complete membership list.

Age groups and regular competition

The programme currently operates five divisions for over-50s and over-60s football. Match days are normally held on Sundays, with Central and West over-50s and North over-60s scheduled in the morning.

Walking football is a modified form of the game in which running is not permitted. The league offers a structured competitive setting for established walking-football clubs, while individual players looking for a team should approach a local participating club.
