The Metropolitan Sunday League (MSFL) is an amateur football league based in London, England. It was founded in 1922 and is currently the largest Sunday league in the UK, with over 500 teams competing in 20 divisions.

The MSFL is divided into four tiers: the Ron Pope Premier Division, the John Pitts Senior Division, Division One, and Division Two. The top two teams in the Ron Pope Premier Division are promoted to the Combined Counties League, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the John Pitts Senior Division. The top two teams in the John Pitts Senior Division are promoted to Division One, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division Two. The top two teams in Division One are promoted to the Ron Pope Premier Division, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division Two.

The MSFL also runs a number of cup competitions, including the Bill Braisted Memorial Trophy, the Bartholomew Bowl, and the Ted Holder Trophy.
