The Medway Messenger Sunday Football League is an amateur football league based in the Medway Towns in Kent, England. It was founded in 1979 and currently has over 100 teams competing in 10 divisions.
The league is affiliated to the Kent County Football Association and is divided into three divisions: Premier, Division One, and Division Two. The Premier Division is the top division and is currently contested by 12 teams.
The league season runs from September to May, with each team playing each other twice. The top two teams in each division are promoted at the end of the season, while the bottom two teams are relegated.
