The Lichfield And District League Group D is an amateur football league in the West Midlands, England. It is part of the Lichfield & Walsall District Football League, which is a league for adult male footballers.

The league consists of 10 teams, which play each other twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to Lichfield And District League Group C, and the bottom two teams are relegated to Lichfield And District League Group E.
