The Kategoria Superiore U-15 19/20 was the top-level football league in Albania for under-15 players. The league was organized by the Albanian Football Federation (FSHF). The league consisted of 12 teams, each playing each other twice, once at home and once away.

The winner of the league was Shenkolli, who finished the season with 45 points. They were followed by Akademia e Futbollit in second place, with 43 points, and Vllaznia in third place, with 38 points.
