Karnali League

The Karnali League is an amateur football league in Nepal. It is the top division of football in the Karnali Province. The league was founded in 2018.

The Karnali League is a round-robin tournament. Each team plays each other team once. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Nepal Super League. The bottom two teams are relegated to the Second Division.
