The Ford Sunday Football League is an amateur football league based in the Upminster and Hornchurch areas of Essex, England. It was founded in 1975 and currently has over 60 teams competing in 10 divisions.

The league is affiliated to the Essex County Football Association and its teams compete in the FA Sunday Cup.
