Fc United

FC United of Manchester is a semi-professional football club based in Moston, Manchester, England. It was founded in 2005 by Manchester United supporters opposed to the takeover of the club by American businessman Malcolm Glazer.

The club competes in the Northern Premier League Premier Division, the seventh tier of the English football league system. It plays its home matches at Broadhurst Park.

FC United was formed in 2005 by a group of Manchester United supporters who were unhappy with the Glazer family's takeover of the club. The new owners had borrowed heavily to finance the takeover, and this led to a significant increase in ticket prices and a decline in the club's on-field performance.
