The East Riding Amateur League (ERAL) was an English football league. The top division, the Premier Division, was at level 13 of the English league system. The league was a feeder league to the Humber Premier League. The league was disbanded after the 2014/15 season.

The ERAL was founded in 1974. The Premier Division was formed in 1982. The league has been sponsored by Right Car since 2019.
