The East Lincs Combination Football League is an amateur football league in Lincolnshire, England. It was founded in 1920 and currently has 3 divisions, with a total of 50 clubs. The league is affiliated to the Lincolnshire Football Association.

The 2022-23 season was won by Cleethorpes Town A, who finished top of Division 1. The other promoted teams were Louth Old Boys FC First and Alford Town FC. The relegated teams were Louth Town Reserves, Sutton Rovers FC First, and North Somercotes United First.

The 2023-24 season is currently in progress. The current leaders of Division 1 are AFC Holton Le Clay First. The other teams in the top 5 are Alford Town FC, Cleethorpes Town A, Grimsby Borough Development, and Immingham Town Reserves.
