Cheshire Walking Football League

The Cheshire Walking Football League is an amateur football league for players aged 50 and over. It was founded in 2023 by the Cheshire FA and currently has two divisions, Over-50s and Over-60s.

The league plays in a 7-a-side format, with no running allowed. Players must keep walking at all times, and there is very little contact. The goals are smaller than in regular football, and the games are shorter, lasting 30 minutes each half.
