The Cheshire & Manchester Sunday League is an amateur football league based in the north-west of England. It was founded in 1920 and currently has over 300 clubs competing in its 11 divisions.
The Cheshire & Manchester Sunday League was founded in 1920 by a group of amateur footballers in the north-west of England. The league's first season consisted of just 10 clubs, but it has since grown to become one of the largest amateur football leagues in the country.
The league has been home to some of the best amateur footballers in the world, including former England internationals Paul Scholes and David Beckham. In recent years, the league has also become increasingly diverse, with clubs from a variety of ethnic backgrounds competing for honours.
