The Cambridge University Association Football League (CUFAFL) is a football league for men's teams affiliated with the University of Cambridge. It was founded in 1864, making it one of the oldest football leagues in the world.

The league consists of 12 divisions, with teams promoted and relegated each season. The top division is the First Division, which is currently contested by 12 teams. The winners of the First Division are crowned CUFAFL champions.

The CUFAFL also organizes a number of cup competitions, including the CUFAFL Cup, the CUFAFL Vase, and the CUFAFL Plate. These competitions are open to teams from all divisions.
