Bournemouth Premier League 2015/16

The 2015-16 season was Bournemouth's first season in the Premier League (and their first ever season in the top-flight of English football) after gaining promotion in the previous season in their 126th year in existence. This season Bournemouth participated in the Premier League, FA Cup and League Cup. The season covers the period from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.

Bournemouth finished the season in 16th place, just four points above the relegation zone. They had a mixed season, with some impressive performances mixed with some disappointing results. They won some big games, such as a 2-1 victory over Manchester United, but they also lost some games they should have won, such as a 4-0 defeat to Liverpool.

Overall, it was a successful season for Bournemouth, as they achieved their goal of staying in the Premier League. They will be looking to build on this season and push for a higher finish in the future.
