History
The Border Amateur Football League was founded in 1936 by a group of clubs in the Scottish Borders. The league initially had six teams, but has since grown to include over 30 teams.
The league has been won by a variety of clubs over the years, with Hawick Waverley being the most successful team, having won the league 14 times.
Current season
The current season is the 2023-2024 season. The league is divided into two divisions, the A Division and the B Division.
The A Division is currently being led by Gala Hotspur, while the B Division is being led by Langholm Legion.
