The AUL Div 2a Saturday football league is a division of the Athletic Union League (AUL), which is one of the largest amateur football leagues in Ireland. The league is open to men's teams from Dublin and surrounding areas.
The AUL Div 2a Saturday football league was founded in 1975. The current champions are St. Mochta's F.C.
League Structure
The AUL Div 2a Saturday football league consists of 12 teams. Each team plays each other team twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to AUL Div 1a Saturday, while the bottom two teams are relegated to AUL Div 2b Saturday.
