About Rocklands Youth Football Club Rocklands U16's

</p> Rob Matthews</p> </p> The current U15 team has been managed for several years by Rob Matthews, who sadly passed away in July 2014. Rob was an inspiration to all the players and will be sorely missed. He always encouraged the team to enjoy their football and give their best. Rob was incredibly generous with his time around the club. In memory of Rob, we have established the Rob Matthews Memorial Trophy which will be contested in 2014 by Rocklands U15s & Rocklands U14s. The players, parents and all associated with the club would like to dedicate this season to his memory.</p> </p> About Rocklands FC</p> Rocklands United FC field youth football teams across a range of age groups. The senior side compete in the Crown Fire Central and Southern Norfolk Football League with teams in the 1st & 3rd divisions.</p> </p> Rocklands is an FA Chartered Standard club with FA qualified coaches. The current U15's side has shown good progress over several years, moving from the South Norfolk Youth Football League onto the Norfolk Youth Football Combination and acheiving promotion in 2014.</p>
