About L4 Football Club Youth (Est 2014)

L4 Junior Football Club were formed in 2014, players were recruited through our L4 Football Academy half term coaching sessions and development programme. We have given well over 300 youngsters the opportunity to play competitive football some for the first time at various tournaments, friendly fixtures as well as by representing us at a local futsal league. This figure increased in the summer of 2015 with the formation of grassroots teams at a number of age groups.

Our teams play their matches on Sunday mornings as members of The Walton & Kirkdale and Tuebrook Junior Football Leagues. Our current under 15's have just completed their second season of 11 a-side football and have become the link team for LFC Foundation's Premier League Kicks project, which has contributed towards recruiting a wealth of new players. They finished the 2018-19 season with silverware claiming The Committee Cup in The WAKJFL in an entertaining final vs Eldonians FC at Jeffrey Humbles.

The U15's have also represented the club in two International tournaments reaching the semi-finals of The G3 Cup held in Dublin (November 2018) and most recently at Copa Mallorca (April 2019).
