We are an U8's team from Bishops Cleeve in Gloucestershire. Our team philosophy is as follows: Fun Inclusive Progressive Safe Our primary goal is to educate the boys through thought leadership to empower them to make their own decisions. We understand that we have a responsibility not only to coach football but also life skills as well. It's our job to help these boys be the best they can be, in football and in life. We run the club using a democratic approach with a committee overseeing 4 teams currently.
