We took a while to warm up, going 3-0 down, but two goals from Phil and a rocket from Matt brought us back to 3-3. They pegged us back again before goals from Jack and I put us ahead 5-4 at half time. The second half was tighter, with both sides closely matched. Pathetico had a good spell and went 7-5 up. The Three Lions piled the pressure on, but could only pull back to 7-6. In the last few minutes we had them firmly on the back foot but the equaliser eluded us.

I just hope they turn up again next time so we can turn over the result.
