The Romans Darts Team Mill 8 vs 1 The Battle

<p>Well, we welcomed the Battle to our fortress this week and they bought a lively bunch with them, when they eventually turned up!

<p>A cracking night was had some good (and shit) darts were thrown tonight.....

<p>Longy and Joe hammered them in the first doubles with Keeno and Pistol looking solid in theirs!!

<p>2-0 up and looking like we would coast to a 9-0 win!

<p>Then, out of the blue, Ian and Gaz allow them in for a chance at winning the 3rd game but you both dug in well and made it 3-0.

<p>Longy, who gave Rick Parfitt chances (Rocking all over the world haha) but couldn't take them out. Longy cruised to a cosy 2-0 win in legs and 4-0 on the board:

<p>Joe, taking out the decisive game last week, obliged again and coasted to a 2-0 win.... Could we do it?!? 18-1 in legs, that would give me great pleasure.

<p>Keeno up next and although the average was less than average, the finishing was class in the 2nd leg (one shot at tops!!).

<p>Pistol Pete smashed in some unbelieveble darts.... 81 / 100 / 81 folllowed by a 90 checkout was different gear mate!

<p>Ian up next and the courvosier definitely knocked him bandy!! He lost a leg and took 36 darts to take out 36 points take out another. No worries, we can make it 9-0 easily with Gazza to play!

<p>Strangely Gaz looked off the pace and lost 2-0 with 207 and 146 left on the board for the two legs.

<p>Although, it was probably due to the fact you chalked about 6 games tonight!!!!

<p>Cheers for that Gaz. Food&nbsp;was enjoyable, music was class and the night was a good one resulting in a win.

<p>8-1 is still a fucking good result!!!!
