A truly inspirational halftime team talk and prayer from Stephen Cargill was the catalyst for a return to winning ways.
Real had a shaky first half which was not helped by the opposition linesman happily flagging for offside almost every time the ball was played through. Steelhouse took the lead when their hefty striker turned his marker to fire past Asmo in goal. Then the referee awarded a soft penalty for a supposed tug on the same striker; which was converted, leaving Real two goals down at the break.

After the aforementioned teamtalk, Real got back into the game when Christian trickily slipped a ball through to Danny Galante who's curled effort sailed into the Steelhouse goal's top left hand corner-There was no way he was ever going to stop that!

After a period of persistent pressure, Mike Parkes won a penalty which Christian converted to level the scores at two all and in the closing moments of the match Mike Parkes whipped a cross in for Christian to steal all 3 points with a diving header.

Great comeback lads and a good performance particularly from stand in goalie Asmo and new boy and man of the match Matthew Long.
