On 15 November 2025, Pro Shottas U15 faced Kickstart Premiere at the Parkison Field in the Wildey Youth Derby kicking off at 9:15am. The 70-minute encounter ended in a 7-1 victory for Kickstart Premiere, with Pro Shottas managing a solitary penalty goal amidst a tough afternoon.
Pro Shottas lined up in a 4-2-3-1 formation, aiming to balance defensive solidity with attacking support. Christopher Palmer took his place in goal, protected by a back four consisting of Elijah Jacob at right back, Zayne Galt and Keiji Miller as central defenders, and Shakobi Jordan on the left. The midfield double pivot featured Raiden Lee and Tye Gittens tasked with both shielding the defence and initiating attacks. Ahead of them, Dylan Boucaud operated on the right wing, Kaleb Catwell played centrally as the attacking midfielder, and Dominic Pererra occupied the left attacking midfield role. Leading the line was Kevio Bellamy as the lone striker. On the bench were Rajae Holder, Samuel Campion, Ben Hutton, and Xavier Holder.
The match began with both sides probing cautiously, but it was Kickstart Premiere who broke the deadlock in the 26th minute, capitalising on a defensive lapse to open the scoring. Pro Shottas responded swiftly, earning a penalty three minutes later which Kaleb Catwell confidently converted, bringing the score level at 1-1. However, Kickstart Premiere regained the lead just two minutes after the equaliser, restoring their advantage with a well-taken goal.
As the first half progressed towards the interval at 35 minutes, Kickstart Premiere intensified their pressure. They extended their lead with a further four goals, striking in the 38th, 40th, and 43rd minutes. Pro Shottas’ defensive line, despite efforts from Galt and Miller centrally and the full-backs Jacob and Jordan, struggled to contain the relentless attacking threat.
Kickstart Premiere continue their dominance, adding two more goals in the 54th and 60th minutes. Pro Shottas found it difficult to mount any meaningful response, with their midfield pairing of Lee and Gittens unable to stem the tide or create significant chances for Bellamy upfront. The attacking midfield trio of Boucaud, Catwell, and Pererra were largely kept at bay by a disciplined Kickstart defence.
Despite the heavy scoreline, Kaleb Catwell’s penalty remains a highlight for Pro Shottas, showcasing composure under pressure. Christopher Palmer faced a barrage of shots throughout the match, making several saves but ultimately conceding seven times. The substitutes Rajae Holder, Samuel Campion, Ben Hutton, and Xavier Holder were available but did not feature prominently in altering the course of the game.
In summary, Kickstart Premiere’s finishing and sustained pressure proved decisive, leaving Pro Shottas U15 with a tough lesson on the day. The 7-1 scoreline reflects a match where defensive frailties were ruthlessly exploited, despite moments of resilience and a spirited penalty conversion from Pro Shottas.
