In a commanding display, Northfield Town Foundation U10 Lionesses triumphed over A F C Chelmsley U9 Colts with a resounding 6-0 victory in their league match held at the Chelmsley Wood Onward Club on 7th September 2025. The match kicked off at 10:00 AM, and the Lionesses showcased their attacking prowess and defensive solidity throughout the encounter.

The Lionesses set up in a 2-3-1 formation, with Millie Parkes guarding the goal. In front of her, the central defensive duo of Alice Compton and Emmie-Rai Bartlam provided a sturdy backbone. The midfield trio consisted of Harper Mills on the right, Elsie Ryder centrally, and Olivia Hobbis on the left, while Omie Jai Martin led the line as the striker. This formation allowed for fluid transitions between defence and attack, with the midfielders expected to support both the defence and the forward line effectively.

The Lionesses continued to dominate possession and create chances, culminating in another goal from Olivia Hobbis in the 42nd minute, assisted by Harper Mills, sealing a comprehensive 6-0 victory.
