Over the course of 50 minutes plus injury time, Newcastle Benfield Tardini delivered a commanding performance to secure a comprehensive 5-0 victory.

Deploying a 2-3-1 formation, Newcastle Benfield Tardini set up with Ollie Lattimer in goal, backed by central defenders James Rutherford and Oliver Moore. The midfield trio featured Elias Rowland on the right, Freddie Brydon centrally, and Parker Buglass on the left, tasked with both defensive duties and supporting attacks. Benfield almost went behind when a mistake lead to a Jarrow long range effort which crossed the line for everyone bar the referee to see. It was £5 well spent. The woke up the Benfield players who burst almost immediately made Jarrow pay as Alfie Simons opened the scoring in the second minute. Receiving a short pass from right midfielder Elias Rowland, Simons calmly tapped in from close range with his right foot, setting the tone for the evening. Just six minutes later, Parker Buglass doubled the lead with a stunning direct free-kick, demonstrating his set-piece prowess and adding early pressure on the visitors.
