Chances Galore!! Beached Whale Found In Croygas Nets

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 15.95pt; text-align: justify;">On a cold Sunday morning in January the players arrived to get in to our new kit which had been provided by Klear Rock, the team looking sharp from the picture had a different look this week (a much rounder look it has to be said) this week with Ken, Ach, Sailor, Justin and Peter being giving their chance to grab their stake for a run of games in the line-up. The game was a quick starting one with both teams needing a win after dropping points in their previous game, some good attacking play from both sides early provided an interesting watch. Croygas creating the better chances but failing to take them until Ross hit a low shot which the keeper pushed in to the path of Reiss who was never going to miss from there tucked it home 1-0 to the Gas! However, then with about 30 mins gone the ball hit Ach on the hand (MERDE) as they say. This lead to the pen.. 1-1 with Aiden getting done with the eyes, you'd think he would be good at saving them now as that&rsquo;s around the 7th pen we have conceded this season with only one being saved&hellip;

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 15.95pt; text-align: justify;">The team then for some reason then decided to have a nightmare and losing the ability to defend from a corner with no one marking properly and no one covering the posts resulting in Aiden having to pick the ball from the net for the second time (also 2nd one he had no chance with) which caused Gas to be 2-1 down at half time.

After about 10 mins a few changes were made Jim for Ash, Free Willy for Ken, Adam for Sailor, Matt for Justin and Gary for Peter. Even with the changes Gas did not let the pressure drop and with more and more chances being squandered we finally made it 2-2 with a good finish from Ross. We was creating chance after chance of which the best fell to Brad a whale looking dive to head wide from 3 yards 3-4 more chances where created with Adam unlucky with a header 2-2 game finished.
