<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;">Moles (Burtus Deviantus) are small mammals adapted to a subterranean lifestyle (i.e., fossorial). They have cylindrical bodies, velvety fur, very small, inconspicuous ears and eyes,[1] reduced hindlimbs and short, powerful forelimbs with fucking massive paws adapted for digging. Breeding season for a mole depends on species but is generally February through May. Males search for females by letting out high-pitched squeals, general cantankerousness and tunneling through foreign areas. Moles are solitary creatures, coming together only to mate. Territories may overlap, but moles avoid each other and males may fight fiercely if they meet.

<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;">It was not apparent which of the opposition was in fact also a Mole (I think it may have been the French left winger) but territories definitely did overlap and our abrasive right back was true to form. An initial foul in the box resulted in an indirect free kick in the box???? as a sort of compromise. Enlightened responses from Mole were “He Dived”, “Tom Daley would be proud of that”, “He’s French, what do you expect”. Thereafter he committed a number of fouls during the game, afterwards only admitting to one of them!

<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;">Funny old game 0-0 at half time with not much in the way of chances. Our back 4 of Andy, Molby, Hoofer and Mole were imperious and any one of them could be MoM. We even saw our first ‘Hoofing’ for a while, a corner was swung in, their played ducked to head the back and Hoof wellied him in the head. As he lay prostrate shaking a little, there was initial concern, but he was fine and thereafter Hoofer was absolutely made up with himself. CheckMate mate.

<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;">Nick, Gareth and Hoff Jr was buzzing around Latchford and Gareth put in a beauty for Ben to score, they equalised fairly quickly from inside the box and scored again from inside the box. Their keeper pulled off an amazing save, real quality from Latchford’s turn & shot, but Hoff Jr bagged a nice 2nd for his brace. We missed quite a few & they sliced one over the bar from under it but it finished 2-2.
