<p>After a long layoff of cancelled games AFC Titans had the chance to book a place in the Semi Finals of The District Cup.
<p>Titans started strong against an un organized YMCC side, coming close on a couple of occasions. It was YMCC that drew first blood with a neat through ball that found its way into the Visitors net.
<p>Undeterred The Visitors come back strong but failed to capitalize on some strong pressure. The Home side took control again on the 1/4 hour after a searing clearance from Matty Farrar found The YMCC strikers chin and ricocheted into the back of the Titans goal to make it 2-0.
<p>Titans got back into it just before half time when in form Mick Dougan found the back of the net after some strong play from Anthony Preston & Danny Longley.
<p>HT: 2-1
<p>The second half was pretty even with Titans maybe just edging possession. YMCC pounced on some sloppy play to bag 2 more within 3mins on 60.
<p>Mick Dougan struck again after a Liam Price Through ball to keep the game alive for The Blues at 4-2.
<p>It wasn`t enough as The titans pressed for more and left themselves open at the back. YMCC added a 5th and then a 6th on 90mins after Mick had completed his consolation Hat trick on 85.
