West of Scotland Football League

The West of Scotland Football League (WoSFL) is an association of 80 clubs and are part of the Scottish Football Pyramid. They operate within that system at Tier 6 through to Tier 10. and consist of Premier Division, First Division, Second Division, Third Division and Fourth Division.

The league was founded in 1968 and is affiliated to the Scottish Football Association. The current champions are Beith Juniors, who won the Premier Division title in the 2022-23 season.

History

The West of Scotland Football League was founded in 1968 as a merger of the West of Scotland Amateur Football League and the West of Scotland Junior Football League. The league initially consisted of 16 clubs, but has since expanded to its current size of 80 clubs.

The league has been won by a variety of clubs over the years, with Beith Juniors being the most successful team, having won the title 14 times. Other notable winners include Pollok, Clydebank, and East Kilbride.

Current Season

The current season is the 2022-23 season. The Premier Division is currently being led by Beith Juniors, who have a four-point lead over second-placed Pollok. The First Division is being led by St Roch's, while the Second Division is being led by Hurlford United.
