The league was founded in 2008 and currently consists of one division, with 12 teams. The teams are all based in Tyne and Wear, and most of them are made up of employees from local businesses.

Season Structure

The league season runs from September to May. Each team plays each other team twice, once at home and once away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to the Northern League Division Two, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the Wearside Football League.
