Triangle Adult Soccer League

The Triangle Adult Soccer League (TASL) is the largest adult soccer league in North Carolina. It was founded in 1979 and offers leagues for men, women, and coed players of all skill levels. TASL plays three seasons per year: spring, fall, and summer heat.

Seasons

• Spring season: February through May
• Fall season: August through October
• Summer heat season: June and July

The spring and fall seasons each consist of 10-12 games, while the summer heat season is shorter with 6 games. All games are played on weeknights and weekends at various fields in the Triangle area.

Divisions

TASL offers divisions for players of all skill levels, from beginner to competitive. The divisions are divided into men's, women's, and coed leagues. There are also divisions for different age groups, such as 21 and over, 30 and over, and 40 and over.

Registration

Registration for TASL opens in the fall for the spring season and in the spring for the fall season. Registration for the summer heat season opens in the spring. Registration fees vary depending on the division and the number of players on a team.
