Introduction
The Thurrock Association Sunday League Division 4 is an amateur football league in Thurrock, Essex, England. It is one of four divisions in the Thurrock Association Sunday League, and is the lowest division in the league.
The league was founded in 1970, and currently consists of 12 teams. The teams play each other once, home and away, during the regular season. The top two teams at the end of the regular season are promoted to Division 3, while the bottom two teams are relegated to Division 5.
The league is affiliated to the Thurrock Football Association, and its matches are played at a variety of venues in Thurrock.
Recent Season
The 2021-22 season was won by Chafford Elite, who finished the season unbeaten. They were promoted to Division 3 along with runners-up Ockendon Manor. The bottom two teams, Stifford Social Club and Stifford United, were relegated to Division 5.
