Thimphu Winter Championship

The Thimphu Winter Championship is an amateur football league held in Thimphu, Bhutan. It is organized by the Thimphu Open Football Championship.

History

The Thimphu Winter Championship was first held in 2018. The inaugural champion was the GEDU Alumni United team.

Format

The Thimphu Winter Championship is a round-robin tournament. The top two teams at the end of the regular season qualify for the final.

Venue

The Thimphu Winter Championship is played at the Changlimithang Stadium in Thimphu.
