The Sunday Warner's Bridge 7 A Side Football League is an amateur football league based in Southend, England. The league was founded in 2005 and currently has over 30 teams competing in three divisions.

League Structure

• The league is split into three divisions: Premier Division, Division One, and Division Two.
• Each division consists of 10 teams.
• Teams play each other once in a round-robin format.
• The top two teams in each division at the end of the season are promoted, while the bottom two teams are relegated.
